Position overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to join an international sales team for an innovative and growing medtech company.
The role involves working closely with B2B healthcare clients, such as hospitals and pharmacies, to drive awareness and sales of innovative medical products.
The successful candidate will represent the company in client interactions, manage distributor relationships, and play a key role in expanding the business across Germany.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients (hospitals, pharmacies).
- Actively prospect new clients and schedule meetings.
- Conduct product presentations during in-person meetings and follow up on discussions.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate closely with local distributors in Germany.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events as needed.
- This position offers opportunities for growth, with the potential to expand responsibilities and cover additional geographical areas over time.
Location :
- Home-based role located in any major city in Germany.
- Preference for candidates based in western or southern Germany.
- Frequent travel throughout Germany (3–4 days per week) is required.
Candidate profile :
- A first experience in field sales is essential; prior experience selling to pharmacies or within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and take accountability for results.
- Excellent communication skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Valid driver’s license.
